Before your first shipment

1. 01

Start with the goods, origin and destination. A short description or product information helps John understand the request.

2. 02

Agree who handles each part of the shipment. Ask about freight, local charges, customs, taxes and delivery before accepting a quote.

3. 03

Prepare the documents you already have. John can help identify what still needs to be clarified for your cargo and route.
